I have had a very nice time here at MediLodge of Portage during my rehab stay. The nursing staff are great. The food was the best of any other rehab facility I have seen. My first husband was in many from Florida to Michigan and all of their food was bland and the food here had good flavor. If I ever have to go to a rehab facility again I will choose here.

Everyone at MediLodge of Portage has treated me great. All the staff has been nice. I have never had any negative words to say about anyone. Therapy and Speech did an excellent job in my recovery. I, at first, hated seeing them come in but appreciated there dedication to get me back to where I needed to be to go home again. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

It was comforting being at a place that was familiar to me. My wife was at MediLodge of Portage about 10 years ago and some of the same staff were still here. Through the years I have brought candy to MediLodge of Portage and the surrounding community. They call me the “Candy Man” but I just want to give to people who are in need of a friend or may be feeling lonely. It’s just nice to know that people here are so caring. I do appreciate everyone at MediLodge of Portage and want to thank you all for your help with me now and my wife then.

I would like to commend the fine work done by your employees. Their awareness of the full scope of clinical excellence and sensitivity to emotional issues was professionalism at its finest. In my work as a private geriatric care manager, I am aware of the differences between standards of care in various facilities. I will look forward to making future referrals to you.

MediLodge was a good facility to stay at during my knee recovery. Scott, the aide, always made sure I was okay. He was very attentive and companionate to my needs. I appreciated that. Therapy did a wonderful job, as well. They were good at listening to the things I couldn’t do and made adjustments when needed. I also want to thank Kelly. She was very helpful when I just needed something. I’d recommend MediLodge of Portage to anyone who may need to come for a rehab stay.

I really enjoyed my rehab stay here at MediLodge of Portage. Their group of girls has been outstanding while helping me in my recovery. I would come back, for sure!

Circumstances have led me to come to MediLodge of Portage for rehab. Even though I felt like I didn’t need to come to a rehab facility, I found my stay to be helpful. I was able to gain strength back and now I’m able to return home with my family. Thank you MediLodge Staff, you were all great!

I’ve enjoyed my stay here at MediLodge of Portage. I have no complaints at all. The staff treated me very well and let me go at my own pace, which I really appreciated. I also liked the quick call light responses when I needed assistance. Well, if I had to come back, this would be the place I would come to!
